The intention of CB Consulting & Design is to design and create a garment for you, “The Party”. CB Consulting & Design will make the garment we (CB Consulting & Design and The Party) have agreed upon, generally based upon the garment Concept created. The object of this project is to have a well-fitted piece that leaves the skater looking and feeling their very best. You are hiring CB Consulting & Design to design and construct a bespoke garment, including the costs for our time, consultations and costs of materials and shipping/delivery, if applicable. Below you will find a list of the contents within this contract. If you have any concerns about the garment, consultation times, or even how the garment looks on the ice, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are willing to work with you to fix potential issues that may arise within reason. Reason is thereby defined at the discretion of CB Consulting & Design. That being said, please note that this may incur costs for additional time and/or materials outside of the estimated cost for the project. It must also be understood that because you are agreeing to a bespoke garment, there are absolutely no returns or refunds under any circumstances. There are also no grounds to “pause” a project once the project has been submitted into production. Requested deadline refers to a hopeful completion date by The Party and can be adversely affected by studio project volumes, delays in correspondence by both parties, material availability and demand, shipping delays, etc. Please note that the estimated cost for the project is based upon estimates of anticipated fees for our time, consolations and costs of materials and is not the final project total. Any payment towards this project stands as having accepted the terms and policies of this contract. • you have read and/or understand the basis for our transaction • you clearly understand what to expect and conversely, what is expected of you • we have had our initial consultation to outline design, expectations, budget and timeline • you have involved all required decision-makers • colours and a design concept have been discussed and confirmed • you have received/will be receiving a copy of your garment Concept • you/your party has been/will be measured for the project • you know generally what materials will be used • an estimated cost for the project has been communicated to you • you understand the general timeline for the project • you are clear on how to contact your designer
